While the young man I felt with was extremely professional and friendly, we were unable to do the move due to the truck breaking down. They stayed in constant contact with me, were extremely apologetic, and refunded my deposit with no hesitation. Because of the way he handled the situation I would definitely use them in the future and would be happy to recommend any family or friends use them as well.
