    Air Quality check
Jeff’s quick response and attentiveness to our needs was exceptional. He provided information on how to remedy the situation, but did not push. We would recommend Indoor Doctor to anyone.

We own a summer home in Rockport, Ma. Shortly after purchasing the home we noticed a horrible musty smell coming from the basement and several rooms in the house. Needless to say we were very concerned about mold and even more so because we have young children with severe allergies. After a quick internet search I came across "Indoor Doctor" and had them come out to do an assessment. Jeff was very thorough in going through the enire house doing a visual inspection as well as air quality testing. I felt extremely confident in his abilities to accurately assess what was going on with our house. He explained everything to us in a non alarming way and told us we would have our results back in about a week or so. Couldn't have been happier with this company! We have since had a mold remediation done (totally separate company) and then installed an EZ breathe system with great results! I would like to add the fact that we had similar air testing done for our home in NY with a different company and didn't have NEARLY the same experience as we did with Jeff! Although he could t travel to NY he was extremely helpful in guiding us through the entire process and telling us what needed to be done (although without expecting extra payment from us!) Very professional but also truly cares about his clients:)

My son was having health issues that have a possible link to off-gassing from bamboo flooring. We decided we should have the air quality tested in his bedroom specifically, even though we have bamboo throughout the common areas of the house. His is the only bedroom with bamboo, so he is exposed to it more than anyone else. John was awesome...very respectful of our home and our situation. He offered many excellent suggestions for making our son's environment cleaner, and how to prepare for his homecoming after a lengthy hospital stay. He was extremely patient with my questions too! It's been a hard experience having a child struggling in this way, but John has been a bright spots in this experience. The preliminary results were hopeful and John was optimistic that the lab results would be much the same. The official results came back within a few days and the emissions from the bamboo floor were negligible. The peace of mind was well-worth the cost! So grateful for John's professionalism, his expertise, his good humor, patience and compassion.
