- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system, which I can send over to you. I'm happy to try and work out something that will satisfy all parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss desires, set up a a trial and then set detailed plans for day of services, including looks for all involved, timeline, prices in the contract so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Master Aesthetician and nutrition specialist, I can help you in advanced to prepare your skin for your big day, if desired, or I can just be there the day of. My hope is that you look back on your day and feel amazing about your look.
