Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My name is Mark Willis, and I graduated from Valdosta State University with a degree in Exercise Physiology back in 2014. I moved to Augusta from Warner Robins in September of 2017. In Warner Robins, I worked at the Cantrell Center for Physical Therapy and Wellness as a Personal Trainer for three years, and was privileged to learn under some of the brightest minds in the industry, including Mike Cantrell. During my three years there, I consulted and trained with close to a thousand different clients with a wide-variety of conditions and goals. From obese to underweight, and from young to elderly, I've got you covered! I feel like my ability to bond with clients and make them comfortable sets me apart from most personal trainers. I believe this was one of the main reasons I finished runner-up for Macon Telegraph's 2017 Best of the Best Personal Trainer voting in Warner Robins. I currently work as an Orangetheory Trainer in Evans. My workouts are typically conducted at the client's place or my personal home. I deliver quality workouts in a comfortable environment! No gymtimidation! I love building relationships with my clients and nothing gets me more excited than helping my clients achieve their goals.

Mark is an excellent personal trainer. He is well educated and very professional. He knows what he is talking about when it comes to fitness and health. One of the main reasons why I chose Mark as my personal trainer was because he has a degree in Exercise Science and wasn’t someone of the street who got their training license online. Before having Mark as my personal trainer, I did not know nothing about working out or even knew how to work the exercise equipment. I was even nervous about going to the gym but Mark changed that. He made working out fun but still challenging. While working with Mark, my body fat went from 14.9% to 6.9 % in 3 months. I came to Mark with a goal of becoming toned, to build up my strength and work on my fatigue. Now I love working out and going to the gym! Thanks Mark!

Mark is an awesome trainer!! i hate working out but i needed to lose weight so i forced into the gym. I also have really bad knees. Mark made sure to customize a workout plan that didn't irritate my knees but was still challenging enough for me to lose weight. He also helped me correct my diet and make healthier food choices. I highly recommend Mark for a personal trainer.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The first session is a consultation where you will fill out paperwork, and I will take resting measures and give you both dietary and fitness tips for you to take home. The payment ($40) is due at the end of that session and only if we mutually agree to continue working together. The price of each 1-hr training session is $40 (cash or Venmo) and is due at the end of each session. There is an extra $5 charge for sessions held outside of my home. You will receive two free sessions for referring a client, and the first session of said client's training is also free. Your two free sessions are earned after the new client's first PAID visit.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelor's degree of science in Exercise Physiology. I am also a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the ACSM foundation. For the past three years I have worked as a full-time personal trainer and CPO at the Cantrell Center, one of the most renowned Physical Therapy and Wellness clinics in Georgia.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with people of all ages and all shapes and sizes. From 12 years old to 90+ years of age, and from obese to underweight, I've got you covered! Proper fitness is crucial to a healthier lifestyle, no matter the age or body type!
