- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are very under-priced, simply because most service providers in the IT field over-charge. Without the extra overhead of commercial space, we are able to pass savings on to you, as well as show our appreciation for you enabling us to work freelance vs. being stuck at a desk all day. THANKS GUYS!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we would gather information and offer a couple obvious solutions. We like to make sure its not something super simple before we charge you, because if all we have to do is help you do a factory reset over the phone THERES NO CHARGE!!!
