- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have gathered some details about the project, I begin by collaborating with my customer to ensure my services meet their needs. I will give them a rate and an estimated time frame to complete (or recommendations if I am providing lessons). It's important that I understand their end goals and I love helping others get there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My crafting is entirely self-taught, with over 20 years of first hand experimentation and creativity. :) I attended college for business and graphic design, so those skills lend themselves to my entrepreneurial spirit and drive to create for a living.
