Pikine is Divine!
Seriously, Chef David's food is from the heavens. Matching two of my favorite things - craft beer and craft food - I had the opportunity to dine on sumptuous West African cuisine at Littleton, Colorado's 38 State Brewery. Pikine Grill's truck served flavourful fish and rice - Firir - with a piquant hot sauce. I asked for a side of savory Senagalese Goumbo - a fragrant tomato-based stew - with which I topped the Tilapia; all flavours of Pikine complimented the hoppy home-crafted Pale Ales of 38 State quite well.
The line was quite long, and David and family were bustling to fulfill all orders. They served up plates of lamb, fish, and with big, beaming smiles. It's always so good to see happy customers and happy small businesses building community.

I organized an event that Pikine Grill attended. They were very professional, friendly, easy to work with, and accommodating! Their food was tasty, of course, and was a huge hit with the guests. I'm definitely keeping them in mind for future events!
