Susan assisted at our annual Colorado Envirothon competition that is held each for high schools students in Colorado. The competition consists of testing and doing a oral presentation on topics that are agriculture and natural resource related. This was her first year helping with the project and she was a tremendous help. She helped setup the venue, helped prepare the meals, kept track of timers and scorers and helped breakdown after the competition. She has volunteered to help out in 2018 and will be helping with fundraising, contacting schools, designing the layout for the competition and advertising, as well as the tasks she helped with this year. We definitely appreciated all her hard work.

Susan did an AMAZING job planning my 40th 'Wonder Woman' themed birthday bash. We met a few weeks before hand and through her questions, she got a clear vision of what I wanted. She hit the mark on everything I asked for - and went above and beyond what I could have imagined! No detail was too small. All of the set up and clean up was taken care of and my favorite part was I got to sit back and spend time with my family and friends! I have already booked her for my son's graduation party...I can't imagine NOT having her take care of our family parties. The event becomes what it should be - a memorable occasion with time spent with our guests. Thank you Bluefish!!

I typically charge $30/hour but am always willing to work within my client's budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients to get their vision, budget, and needs. Once we establish these parameters, I continue to communicate with my client to ensure we are working together to make their event special and fun.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Missouri and an associate's degree in Graphic Design. I also have 10+ years in event planning and am currently working on my certification (CMP) Certified Meeting Planner.
