Amy was in charge of cleaning my house so it was ready to show for an open house. She cleaned the house from top to bottom. I was very impressed with how she cleaned my kitchen and bathrooms. I recommend her servicesJan 16, 2019Verified
OMG! I called to book any appointment for carpet cleaning on 7/27/18 and was told I need to pay $85 to book the appointment, so I paid after confirming it's totally refundable before 7 days of schedule service (8/20). I called to cancel the appointment the same day, because I found someone cheaper. Was told they will do that. By 8/13, no refund. I called again and was told no record of my previous call but they'd cancel it and issue me a refund. Till today, 11/6, no refund!! Don't ever give your card information to this company, EVER!!Nov 7, 2018VerifiedSpotless Cleaning & Construction,LLC's reply
Thank you for being this to our attention but our records indicate a refund issued for $85 4 MONTHS ago not sure why you waited 4 months to tell us this you might want to check your bank as you might have overlooked the refund that was issued

Lucy Doherty and Tom Duganieri were great!! Super nice and arrived early and had everything wrapped up really quickly. Carpets looked and smelled great afterwards. Very professional and nice people, plus a great deal !!Jul 19, 2018VerifiedSpotless Cleaning & Construction,LLC's reply
They did a wonderful job cleaning. Would love to hire them again, but we have moved out of their service area.Jul 19, 2018VerifiedSpotless Cleaning & Construction,LLC's reply
