She listened to us as people & our needs for her service, and took that into consideration in discussing a quote & schedule. She was quick to communicate on setting up both the estimate & schedule. We just had the first service this week & are pleased with the work done. She has a keen eye on understanding individual needs & tailors the service to meet the needs.
