FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a new business, so my pricing is on the low side to begin building a client base. I do not charge for drive time, I do all the pick up and delivering of components, if needed. Most items I can purchase and then invoice you for them at the end of the project. Larger purchases must be made by the client. If I find that I cannot solve your problem or help with your project, there is no charge for my time. I do not charge extra for weekends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with them and get a clear idea of what the issue is they are experiencing. We set up a future time to meet at a place of their convenience, where I diagnose, give them options, and we move from there. Don't you wish going to the doctor was this easy?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the service starting in 2003, I operates and provided troubleshooting for several different OS and hardware platforms used by our departments and divisions. During this time, I also took up a hobby of building gaming PCs for others. After my honorable discharge in 2011, I worked for various tech companies and small businesses providing IT and customer support. After working as a service member, private citizen, and employee for six years in the tech realm, I decided to start my own business.
