- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My current pricing is discounted, which is why others are charging higher fees for similar services. I am offering discounted prices since I'm new to Thumbtack, and I'd love to build a strong customer base as I work with clients to provide them quality writing services at a reasonable rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BA in English, with a minor in communications, and a MA in education with a focus on Secondary English.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a love of writing, and through my college career and profession, I've been able to use my skills to serve my clients' content needs.
