- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to have clear communication with new clients so I can have a better understanding of what their expectations are. Having a client understand the differences between Swedish massage and deep tissue massage will help me to give them the results they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Illinois and I am required to fulfill 24 hours of continuing education credits every two years. I am also insured through ABMP.
