Hi-5 came out for an estimate, and gave detailed feedback (including pictures). A detailed invoice was sent within the same day, and the kind folks even took a few phone calls to get us set. Repair was prompt, and their team cleaned up nicely following gutter cover replacements + some soffit repair. Great work.

HI-5 did a complete roof tear off and replace. Luis and his crew did a great job. Finished before our scheduled date. Luis is extremely knowledgeable and always answered questions promptly. All the guys were professional and polite. Job site was clean and house looks great! Thanks HI-5!

Luis and his crew were beyond AWESOME, they came and quoted the job and offered a timeline. I had explained my dilemma that the house was sold and the inspection showed the garage roof needed repair however I was going to replace it. The appraisal was happening in four short days, one day short of my trip back to my home state and one day short of his timeline. Luis found a way to squeeze it in the next day for me, saying it would take 5-6 hours and he could match the roof color of the house. It had been about 10 years since I had a roof done and I thought the price was a little high however out of the 5 quotes I got he had beaten them by 700$ so I told him lets do it. His crew showed up early and started right away, and then finished just under three hours. I was out running errands so I wasn't there to pay him or inspect the job. Once I got back I was more than pleased, the job was awesome plus as a bonus they cleaned up better than I expected. Usually there are some pieces left laying around or nails, something; NOT these guys, it was so clean you couldn't even tell they were there. We set up to meet the next day to sign off and pay but Luis got busy so it wasn't till several days later my daughter hooked up with Luis to finalize the deal, very trustworthy considering he knew i was leaving town. It does me a great honor to leave this review as I know how important it is for others to see, I have been burned in the recent past due to reviews. Luis and his guys are AWESOME and I highly recommend them. Thanks for the fast, friendly, and great work, also thank you for the trust which is usually dead in this day and time.

Replaced the single car garage roof including the deck. They were fair priced, very clean, very quick, and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The estimator said it would take them 5 hours and it did almost to the minute.
