Abha was great inhelping us sell our home. We initially decided to put it up for rent/sale and she was excellent in giving us feedback and bringing buyers and renters. She was soo good at her work that our house went into contract in less than a week from when she listed it (4 days to be exact). I would suggest Abha to anyone who is planning on renting or selling their house. Thanks Abha.

Timely responses to emails, immediate followup when needed is her core strength. She was always willing to show as many properties as I wanted - never frustrated if I wanted to see one more! I retained iCalyx as my Rental Property Manager. For me, it was akin to flying a plane on auto pilot. They handled everything from rehabilitation of property to advertisements, to tenant contracts, to repairs and maintenance to eventual re-negotiation of renewals. All I did was to watch the rent collect in my bank. At all steps along the way, iCalyx informed me of happenings and asked for approval for every decision on the property. I am really happy with this company.
