It has not been a very pleasant experience with this company!! He explained what I needed for materials to do my roof. I did all that, then I find out that he removed my ridge vent and said nothing about it!!! On top of that he does not replace it he just shingled over it, which left me with no venting in my roof. Then tells me older houses like this don't really need them. Which is totally wrong beacause the part of the roof he replaced waa an add on and not the original house. At the same time I'm replacing the ceiling in the room he's roofing because it was damaged from the roof leaking, and then I end up with a big crack in the drywall mudding in the ceiling from no air movement. Then I basically get called a liar, him telling me that he highly doubts that I have a problem with my ceiling. He then wants me to prove that there is a crack in my ceiling, really why would I say there is if there wasn't!!! Im not the type to say something that isn't true!!! Pissed me off to no end!!! I'm very dissatisfied with the way I have been treated and the job that this company has done for me. If your considering this company don't!!!! You might get accused of not telling the truth and also might end up having things removed from your roof and not mentioned to you or replaced!!! I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or what? My husband is in another state working so I had to take care of the situation and I got treated like I had no clue what was going on!!! Don't treat me like I'm stupid because I'm far from it or my husband wouldnt leave state and leave me running a corporation where I'm at!!!!! Thank You and I hope this gets out there and helps someone else from getting treated badly!!!! Oh by the way here is the crack in my ceiling, I'm not shelling out anymore money to fix it, I'll always remember this company from that crack now (Memories)
