What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer. I want to know the scope of the project as well as what the customer is expecting for an outcome. Then together, we create a plan and execute it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a business management student, I have taken several training courses over the years to better my knowledge on the specific jobs that need to be done.
