I needed a laptop for school at the last minute, and I was on a budge. As he looked for one for me he let me use his to accommodate me for school. He found one for me, and it was in the price range I asked him for. He always comes through for me at the last minute whenever I call him. I really do appreciate that. Thank you Mr. Henry!!

The advice to discard a laptop and purchase a new one creates much anxiety. This was the advice given when a personal laptop no longer functioned properly. However, Henry was able to do a complete makeover, restore all-important documents, and increase the memory at an excellent price. He fulfilled his promise professionally, timely, and efficiently.

Reco computers is a nice friendly shop with an A+ in customer service. Henry took his time, fixed my laptop, and explained to me what the problem was. The pricing is very affordable and I will go back again and again.

Henry demonstrated a perfect balance of professionalism, education and patience. All three were exercised by educating me why, what I thought was a crashed computer, was not; education, by explaining to me what was the actual problem, and patient because in explaining he did so without the use of "technical" terminology that would have only been understood by someone in the computer repair business. The use of all three factors not only complemented his ability to solve the problem, he left me feeling better educated, comfortable and above all satisfied with the cost for a service performed.
