- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the extent of the project, which I can usually sum up better once I get details from the client on exactly what they're looking for. All prices are negotiable, but here's a rough starting point: - logos (with multiple options to choose from and however many revisions needed): $700 - additional branding materials, business cards, etc.: $100-$300 - web design and/or development: $2000 - $3000
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I prefer to meet a new client in person to get a feel for who they are and what goals they have for their brand. Clients know their brand better than anyone, so getting those insights before starting a project always makes for better, more efficient work. If distance gets in the way of an in-person meet-up, I think lot can still be discovered through a phone call.
