- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by the hour for head shots, real estate, and events. I price differently for boudoir and high school seniors depending on if they are just wanting images on a USB or if we are doing prints, albums, wall art, etc... I also charge additional to travel our of the 30 mile area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, find out what they want when hiring me. We then talk about timing and if it fits with our schedules. Finding out their budget, and figuring out if we are a fit. Talking on the phone really helps to really nail down what the project will include. Will I be doing this on location, in your home, etc....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had extensive training pertaining photography, from lighting, to camera knowledge, posing, wardrobe selection, editing...you name it I have it covered. If I don't, I will research it and learn it.
