- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact you with a ballpark estimate of what the repairs may cost if possible. The more information provided in the complaint profile, the more likely it will be that we can give a more accurate estimate. If the customer is interested in the repair, we will then set up an appointment along with who will be arriving at the home. All estimates are given before the work is done that way there are no surprise costs that will ever be incurred. All repairs are also accompanied by a 1 year warranties.
