FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I find that having a set amount of sessions to used similar to a punch card works best for clients. You can purchase sessions in groups of 5. When you purchase a block of 10 sessions or more I provide a discount for the dedication to invest in yourself for the long haul.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contact is made, the potential client will click the link in the Get Started tab on the website to provide basic information. Then a intro session is scheduled via personal communication to a time suitable for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am in the process of obtaining my Corrective Exercise Specialization as well. In addition, I have been working in the health and fitness area for over 12 years, some of which has been within the United States Air Force.
