- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am originally from Brazil and I always loved dancing and exercising but once I started to take Pilates Fitness classes in 2010, I fell in love with it right away. Prior to be a Fitness Pilates Instructor, I was a Marketing Manager for high tech companies where I had to spend long hours sitting and travelling. I had very stiff hips and back along with poor blood circulation so I decided to do the next thing I love doing which is teaching Pilates since it has improved my health and well-being. I enjoy teaching Pilates and Pilates/Yoga fusion particularly to help my students to learn the proper exercises for their needs so they can achieve their fitness goals, feel energized, happy and beautiful. I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor by LifeTime Academy in partnership with ACE ( American council of Exercise) and a Mat Pilates/Yoga Instructor by Peak Pilates. I look forward to seeing you in my class for a fun and rewarding workout!!!
