Introduction: I am an ACMT (Apple Certified Mac Technician) by Apple and used to work at Apple for 4 years. That leaves me with extensive knowledge of the hardware and software as well as the skills to appropriately complain to the client what went wrong and why. I've always enjoyed fixing people's computers. Everyday that goes by we become more and more dependent on these devices, and when they don't work it can be paralyzing. I find satisfaction in getting people back up and running as quickly as possible!

Glenn did what a call with the apple support team (and screen sharing/driving) could not do - he recovered my entire photo library after updating to Yosemite made it inaccessible via photos. You literally cannot put a price on years of photos and videos. It also took like...5 minutes. He has my unending gratitude and respect.

Glenn was fantastic! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing data recovery. The hard drive in my MacBook broke and I hadnt backed up my computer in a while. I took the broken hard drive to Mac Works and they told me there was nothing they could do. Glenn was able to recover the majority of the data that I cared about at a much lower price than anyone else I could find. He had recovered the data that I cared about in the same day.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing as I try to treat every customer on a case-by-case basis. There are so many possibilities as to why a computer may be having an issue and it can be hard to provide an accurate quote without a good amount of detail of the case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of work & training at Apple as well as becoming an Apple Certified Mac Technician.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all kinds of folks with all different levels of technical knowledge - students to CEOs.
