- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and Greet, phone or in person- ask discovery questions, what is it that you want for your event(lights, dj music, karaoke, fog machine, event venue)- Customer should ALWAYS get what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
