Introduction: We sit down with all of our customers and explain everything in excruciating detail, so they understand what every component does. We like to build a family, rather than a company, of clientele. So when things do go wrong, they feel the confidence and the reassurance that when we show up, things will be fixed. We grew up with technology and the many faces behind it, good or bad. We've been on the other side of the spectrum of when IT professionals took us for a ride and caused that distaste most endure. The more we work, the more we build, the happier we become with our clients. We service you, not the product. The genuine smile and joy on our customers' face. We like to build a strong relationship with everyone we service. Bringing technology into the eyes of the beholder and reassuring them that nothing is usually cut and dry is our main focus.
