- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new client, I offer 1 free session and 1 free consultation. This is a great way for the client to see how I work and encourage them toward their goals. The free session and free consultation is also a great way for me to get to know how the client feels and looks in a fitness setting
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained for nearly 20 YEARS to study how I my body moves and works in different fitness situations. I have worked with clients for the last 3 years while motivating and guiding each client to their fitness goals. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, and I also have specializations in Nutrition and Weight loss with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Additionally I have a BBA in Marketing from Texas State University.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was training people part time while still working my 7-5 full time job. As I became more involved with guiding people to healthier lives, it was obvious to my clients and myself that I should be working in my true passion full time. I have never looked back!
