- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Equipment as specified; labor is $50 per hour per man.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually go to the customer's home to evaluate their specific needs. I take an inventory of any A/V equipment that is in place and design a music and/or theatre system around those components. I also take into account any specific requests the customer may have as well as their budget. Then, and only then can a meaningful proposal be generated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in music from SMU. I have owned and operated a retail business here in Austin for 20 years.
