- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, which can all be found on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once checked in our certified technicians provide diagnostic results and cost of repair within 24 hours. If approved, repair is usually done within one business day if no part delivery is required. If part order is needed, an ETA is provided which is usually 3-4 business days from the day order is placed. Expedited shipping is sometimes available. If repair is declined only a $19 diagnostic fee is due.
