- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are pricing is the most competitive on the market and pricing has not changed in many years so that we can bring lots of value to our customers. Contracted Customers pay $8.00 a PC and $25.00 a Server for Monitoring
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically with new customers we want to know what issues they have and then let them know what options they are looking at and work together to come up with best plan of execution. Also how to be proactive and stay in front of issues moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Depending on the customer and what they want to accomplish or how much they want to be involved with IT varies but we certainly like to inform our customers and provide any kind of training or instruction that can help them stay secure as well as function at a high level.
