I am a new pool owner and I heard about Jesse from Southern Pool Service from a friend...the best recommendation I ever received! Jesse is so competent! I never have to worry about my pool. It is in great hands with Jesse!
My pool water is always clean and crystal clear. I never have to worry about the water because he has it perfectly balanced. He checks to make sure the equipment is all functioning properly as well and brings any issues to my attention.
Every time he services my pool, I get an email with a spreadsheet indicating what maintenance he has performed, what chemicals and how much were added, etc. I have a historical record to show the pool has been properly maintained...by a professional!
He helps me with any questions or concerns I have, even those that belong to the pool installers (and there have been quite a few!). He found where the installers didn't install the doors in the skimmer ports and leaks because the installers cut corners and didn't use the proper fittings (heat tempered fittings with O rings).
If you have a pool or are thinking about getting one, you need Jesse! My pool is one thing I don't have to worry about...thanks to Jesse! He gives me peace of mind!

We first met Jesse through a home service warranty company when we had an issue with our pool that needed repair. Jesse was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and made the necessary repairs quickly. We have since hired Jesse to service our pool. He continues to be prompt, reliable, competent, honest and joyful in his work. Jesse is competent, professional, hard-working and honest. We first met him when we contacted our homeowners service policy several years ago for a problem with our pool pump. We were so happy with Jesse's work ethic and knowledge that we hired him to do our routine pool service. He's been our guy ever since and we couldn't be happier!
