- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the job, each individual job requires a different skill set, knowledge base and sometimes even has a larger element of risk involved. Our pricing is based on many things but we give you a price up front so you know what you'll be paying when we're done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually discuss the project over the phone and most of the time will ask for preliminary photos of the work. Once we have the basic information and an idea of what the work requires we an give a preliminary price over the phone and if they customer likes it, we'll schedule a visit. Then, depending on that outcome we'll plan to visit and do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Advertising at UT but eventually grew tired of the corporate life that followed and returned to doing home repairs and remodeling, which I learned from my Dad.
