I am a mother, have owned 3 companies, and have led many clients to a renewed life of healthy living. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Life Coaching- $700/month. Minimum 3 months commitment. Life Coaching includes nutrition and workouts $95 in studio for individual personal training including nutrition and workout plans $150 in studio for couples $200 for nutrition plans $250 for workout plans $350 for workout + nutrition plans
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet to discuss what you’re looking for. Is it your fitness and nutrition, relationships, parenting, career and mindset coaching, or just someone to bounce ideas off of? After that we can put a plan in place together and establish goals and create ideas to make it work for you. This is not a quick program. To make progress you commit yourself. Nobody can change quick. To make lasting changes it’s a process and it lasts.
