I hired Genesis to clean the apartment I had just moved out of. Patricia showed up a few minutes early and was eager to get started. I had to go back to work so I asked her how long it would take to clean, she looked around told me four hours. So, back to work I go, I show up four hours later and the place was spotless. She did a fantastic job! I actually hired Genesis to clean my new apartment so it can stay sparkling clean.

Patricia and crew do an excellent job. They are professional and kind and always communicate in a timely manner. I really can't say enough good things. When we first started looking into cleaning services we tried out some of the bigger companies and had nothing but issues, but with Genesis we have never had any trouble at all. We have already referred friends and highly recommend them!

They did an excellent job and now everything is far cleaner than I've ever managed to get it when cleaning on my own! One thing to keep in mind though: apparently Easy Off oven cleaner cannot be used on stainless steel. It will leave a stain behind. I'm working on figuring out how to lessen the stain.
