I am the director of a nonprofit ministry that offers housing to dying and critically ill homeless people; 13 years ago we located to a duplex house in horrible, horrible condition. Through the years, as we received money for various projects to create a welcoming, safe, and adaptive environment, I have met many, many contractors, ALL of whom did not do the work they said they could/would do. When we met Bryan, I was skeptical and wary. Bryan is the very best bargain in town! He is honest, works hard, does fantastic work, and really listens to our ideas and plans! He also is very clean and punctual. Visitors to our shelter, including vendors, actually request his name and contact information.

We had a decorative piece fall down and put a hole in the wall of our front entry way. We had heard about Bryan and how professional he is so I gave him a call and set up an appointment. He arrived exactly on time. He set up his workspace so that he wouldn't leave a mess and he did very good work getting the hole replaced. You can't tell that there was ever a hole there before. Once he was finished he packed up his work area and even vacuumed with his own shop vac to make sure the area was clean. We would highly recommend Bryan!

Bryan from Martin and Sons Construction Services provided excellent, professional service. We needed our living room tv mounted with cables not showing. Bryan walked us through the process and gave us his professional opinion on different mounts that would best fit our needs. The TV is perfectly mounted and secure. To make sure our request was met, Bryan went further and gave us options and suggestions on how to hide/tuck away our cable box and router. After viewing his previous work on his profile, there's no doubt of his skill. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and genuine customer service. We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For basic services, $150 service call that covers 1st hour's labor. Each additional hour is billed @ $35-50/ hour depending on difficulty of project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it's a small project I prefer to tackle it upon arrival the first meeting. If it's a larger project, I prefer to come by the job, offer suggestions and work up a price bid for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over ten year's experience in construction project management & handyman services.
