- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use Xactimate software that almost all insurance carriers use to estimate damages so our pricing will always be accepted. When a homeowner pays out of pocket I discount my bills 20% to make things more affordable across the board.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing to start is to acknowledge any safety risks and accommodate. After that we will walk through the entire process so that everyone is on the same page. Once we agree on a scope of work Premier does not accept any money up front when dealing with your insurance company. We will trust you as you will trust us in your home. At Premier Restoration all of our staff are state and federally background checked safety and peace of mind are our guarantee.
