I am a corporate event planner and have used Sapphire Catering for several different types of events from lunch meetings to intimate fundraisers. I have always found their food incredibly delicious and their focus on healthy living options; gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, etc. helps me accommodate the various dietary restrictions and preferences of our clientele. Peyton and Mai Lan are professional and engaging and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make the event memorable. Every time I hire them I receive so many compliments on the taste and quality of the food. They always get new business from clients who are thoroughly impressed and satiated. Sapphire Catering & Events did a great job with 3 different events I have been involved with. One was my daughter's wedding with about 175 attendees. They were wonderful to work with, communicated with us, and delivered as promised. The other two events were work related meals. One was a dinner for a group of about 60 leaders, and that went so well we also hired them to provide breakfast for about 150 volunteers. We highly recommend these ladies to anyone looking for a good, reliable catering service!Mar 29, 2017
I am a Sr. Executive Administrator with Samsung and I use Sapphire for box lunches for meetings with 10 to 45 employees and for larger events like All Hands meetings and company wide Lunches and Dinners with over 400 guests. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No. Our pricing is determined by the menu, location of event and types of services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Whenever a potential customer contacts us about a catering we find out as much information about the event as possible. We find out the date of the event, where will it be held, what type of service are they requesting, what kind of menu items they would like to have and their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Peyton Scott is a graduate of the Cordon Bleu Culinary Program and has over 24 years catering experience and Mai Lan Bradford has spent over 15 years in various culinary positions or businesses.
