I have had an alarm installed in 2 apartments and currently still have my alarm activated. The features are simple to operate. Its very user friendly which I like. And you can even install an app on your phone to arm and disarm your alarm.
John Jarvis is a professional and very knowledge about the product. I like that he was so personable. He explained the contract in a simple way. Stated if I had any questions about the system or something that was happening with the system to call or text and he will respond.
He does so in a very timely manner. That day in fact. No question is too small or may seem stupid. The system is so easy to operate than other systems I have used.
His team as a whole are just as knowledgeable and professional and they too can answer any questions. John Jarvis and his team and product are top notch! Outstanding I would recommend them to anyone and give information about his product to others.

We just moved into a house with an existing alarm system and contacted all the big name home security companies to find out about getting it monitored. All of them said they couldn't use any of the existing sensors, and that we'd have to switch to their system (for a huge fee, of course). Not only that, but if we wanted to have a cellular connection, or be able to arm the system from our phones, there was an extra monthly fee.
After many frustrating phone calls, we stumbled upon True Protection, and the whole process couldn't have been easier. John came over to the house to check out the existing system and explain everything to me in person, he even showed me the app on his phone that controls his own personal alarm system and home automation!
Of course, we scheduled the installation straight away and John came back personally to upgrade the control panel, hook up the existing sensors, and add a motion detector.
I've already recommended True Protection to a friend, and I'll definitely be calling them when it's time to add home automation.

John took the time to walk time through the entire process from start to finish. I have multiple alarms at multiple properties, but this was hands down my best experience. I wish I could switch all of them to his company now, but have to wait until contracts are up.

I have had True Protection for almost 2 years and love them. John is great and responds immediately. I wouldn't use anyone else.
