- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What do you need help with? What would you like to learn? We are very flexible at finding solutions, so the process always starts with communication. We love hearing about and understanding our client's issue, so give us a call and we'll find you the answer in no time. Maybe you want us to order, install and introduce a new piece of technology. Maybe you need inconsistent, ongoing help through a long, arduous project like writing a book or taking control of your photo library. Whatever it is, whatever devices it entails, we will be your guide through the jungle of technology to get you where you want to be.
