I am disappointed because they lost a part to a very expensive ott light that my mother needs to see with. She has severe vision loss and the light originally cost $150.00. The light works but I cannot put the shade on. Cannot locate a replacement part. Also had a surcharge that did not show on my estimate at all. Also the company does not take checks which I was unaware of. Kinda of awkward at the end, when that is what I had. Company cashed it right away.. He wants me to trust him, but he did not want to trust me. I addressed these issues with the owner of the company, but in this case he insisted the customer was not right. Can’t recommend WM Pro Movers enough. Excellent (and prompt!) communication. They were running late due to another job but called well in advance to let me know and continued to update me throughout the wait time. Fabulous scheduling- my other movers cancelled and I was stressed about finding something last minute but they squeezed me in with less than 24 hours notice! Really amazing guys and excellent customer service. They are transparent about their fees and there were no surprises when it was time to pay. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a two hour minimum for services and will prorate the time thereafter. We never charge fees for stairwells or long distance walks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We would typically start the move process by initiating a quote. Once the quote is accepted we are more than happy to offer packing services at an hourly rate in preparation for move day. Our movers will make contact with the client on move day to ensure they are prepared for our arrival, at which time we would arrive and begin the job. Our movers are trained to take the utmost care with clients possessions, as if they were there own. We will not leave the delivery location until all beds are assembled, all boxes are placed in the appropriate rooms, and all appliances are reconnected. Our goal is to make move day as easy as possible for our clients. We are willing to go above and beyond to ensure this happens!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have several years of combined experience in the fields of specialty packaging, logistics, and moving and storage. We also have an extensive background in customer service and strive to make sure we always put our best foot forward when dealing with our clients.
