- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
By and large we do but it would be too cumbersome to share here.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet. Talk through area to be tiled. Try and help, if needed, the customer with product and design choices. I've some design experts I work with that can also provide the customer with product 20% below retail. I provide a firm quote. I schedule the job if it is accepted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always looking for superior products and techniques that support our fundamental precepts, and those that we feel should be the industry standards, of flat and stable.
