I was at a loss, my 2 month old condo had standing water on the floor. Turned out neighboring unit had a pipe burst in it. Thankfully I found PuroClean. After several other outfits had come out and could only give me a quote to dry the place out I hadn't found what I needed. A full service business that could dry me out AND repair the damage. Israel came out, working around my schedule and quickly assessed the damage, explained what needed to be done and got me a quote with pictures and diagrams within 24 hours. I had the insurance adjuster out as well, Israel's quote was more thorough and came in well under the insurance estimate so I was fully covered. In less than a week the place was dried out, all the damaged wall, trim and flooring was removed and all new matching material was put in it's place. My place looks better now than when I first moved in. Thanks PuroClean!

Puro Clean came out and cleaned our commercial ceramic tiles in the kitchen. They did a great job. Wonderful customer service and the price was very fair.

We have a 15 year old couch and ottoman that had happily sat 3 generations of dogs,slept several kiddos and friends! It was getting very dirty and smelly. Israel with PuroClean has made it look like new again! Amazingly the puppy paw pints and ice cream stains and dirt and odor have vanished. The couch and ottoman has new life. Israel was professional and worked for a great price! I will definitely recommend ProClean!

We needed a build back done from some water damage that was done in our home. PuroClean was excellent. We wish we had gotten them involved sooner to help with the original water damage (which they also do). We had a very good experience with them- fair price, fast service, excellent quality service!

I recently had a water/mold issue that required extensive rebuilding. I used Israel de la Vara from Puroclean, and was really pleased. He's honest, conscientious, reasonably priced - and he's one of the hardest working guys I've met. In addition, he's simply a pleasure to be around - making a stressful situation a bit more bearable. I highly recommend Israel de la Vara!

We are based on a national insurance pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have emergency response (24/7) for water and fire damage. For some other services we can visit the location and do free estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified on IICRC as WRT, FSRT. We are certified in water, fire, and biohazard damage, as well as carpet cleaning.
