- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a detailed menu with all the options and prices of meats and sides. Customers choose number of meats and number of sides and the quote is decided accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After accepting my quote, I would like to get in touch with my customer on the phone/e-mail to discuss the logistics and plan ahead. I always want to make sure I provide a great service to my customer and having everything they need planned ahead.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary Certificate from ACC, I have also worked under and been taught by Austin's top pitmasters and cooks for the past 2 years.
