Response from Advanced Plumbing was immediate. Notification of when tech would arrive was given, tech arrived on time, tech very polite, tech explained every detail in the process. Price charged was very reasonable for this quality company and work.

Technician was on time & friendly. He wore shoe covers inside the house and cleaned up the area when he was done working. He swept up the whole area in the garage! Prices are quoted for each project on a case by case basis. We do work with Synchrony Finance for qualifying projects. Military discount for active or retired service members. Senior discount for 65 and up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send a licensed technician out to your home or place of business for a service fee who will then go over the problem with you and offer a 3 point process- fix, repair or replace.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified plumbers with the Texas State Board of Plumbing.
