I was so thrilled after my first cleaning with Maidsway. I have such a cramped schedule that I can not always get the deep cleaning done in my home. In my bathroom is where I was especially pleased, Mike's team did a wonderful job of getting my baseboards white again. The hard water stains in my shower are virtually gone! By the second clean all of the base boards in my home were clean. Prior to my cleaning there had been a burglar/robbery crime committed in my home, and the girls were very accepting of my requests regarding the security of my home, they were not bothered by the cameras, and did not have any disposition to disarming and setting my house alarm while in my home. Might I mention, they operate at reasonable hours, I don't have to be worried that they will be mopping up under my feet while I'm trying to cook dinner, nope, I come home to a fresh scent and vacuum lines on my carpets.

Such a great company! I've used them monthly for over a month. For a while it was every three weeks but I've changed it to every four weeks to save a little money. I still like the one day a month when the house is perfect and it pretty much needs simple maintenance until they come back. Cleaners generally aren't cheap but they're fairly reasonably priced. I pay roughly 150 for two hours. I would cancel the cable to pay for this. That's saying a LOT. Their cleaning regimen covers the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming, they change the sheets if I leave a set out. They're even willing to vacuum (with a shop vac) and mop the kitty litter room floor. And don't even think it's strange that I'd rather use a separate mop and bucket since it's epically gross in there and I'm a neurotic freak. There are great cleaning details that make me happy: they always dust the blinds and ceiling fans (which I particularly love since my house is so dusty) and they clean inside the microwave. They take out the garbage, even occasionally rinse the garbage can out before putting in a new bag. They literally work from the back to the front of the house and are mopping the floor on their way out the front door and even sweep the front porch. They are really flexible about changing dates and times when I need them to and they are great about staying in contact with me; returning calls quickly, calling to remind me about upcoming visits, occasionally calling to check on the last visit. Most of the time we keep in touch using email which I prefer. There's usually two person crew but there have been a few times when another crew has finished a job early and they'll come help the others. There's really a great feeling of camaraderie among the teams and that makes things work better and generally more pleasant to experience. According to the ladies they each get their own monthly housecleaning after working there for six months. I love this idea! The few times I've had an issue with a cleaning they've come back to clean and made a note about any area I have particular issues about. Sometimes a supervisor will come by after a cleaning for a quality check. I usually just go hide in my office with the crated dogs while they're here but they know to knock and quickly vacuum the office before they leave. And they're always nice about the barking dogs and will give the cats some pets if they're not hiding. Thank you Maidsway.

I live in Georgetown and Maidsway Cleaning Service has cleaned my house for months. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of their service. Most of the time i have been out when they cleaned and always came home to a house that smelled wonderful and was beautifully cleaned. Lately, I have been there when they arrive. The ladies who clean my house have a very positive attitude and they look and act happy to be taking care of my home for me. They are experts in cleaning and their products do the job better than anything I used. When I cleaned my wood floors there were streaks ,,,,,when they clean the floors look new!!! They are all very efficient. The communication from the admin office is excellent! I trust this service to come in my home and do an outstanding job in every way!!

I'm a first-time user of the service, and I was very pleased with the outcome. I purchased the service on a per-hour basis and gave a time limit; the cleaning team finished well inside the the time limit which saved me $$ - they could have worked slower, etc, but they worked hard, did a good job, and got out of there in a timely fashion. I recommend this service and plan to use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system that charges per room for residential cleaning. If it is a commercial cleaning we charge per square foot. We offer discounts on recurring services. 10% Monthly. 20% Bi-Weekly. 25% Weekly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have online booking that allows the client to book from their computer, tablet or smartphone in less than 60 seconds. We also provide excellent customer service over the phone as well as take appointments via phone. For commercial jobs we will do an initial evaluation of the job for free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has decades of professional housekeeping experience. We only hire cleaners with previous experience and also put them through a week long training process. If they are not able to complete the 72 point checklist system we are not able to hire them.
