With so many unique serveries offered at different price points it depends on the services requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the customer at the prospective site. Do a thorough walk through assessing vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement. Ask probative questions about their needs and why they are seeking security coverage. Discuss with them the pros and cons of different solutions and develop a strategy that works best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As CEO, I have a degree in business management and nearly have my degree in Criminal Justice. My staff has varied backgrounds and educations. Many have several years in the Armed Services, others have many years real world experience in the private security industry.
