- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My standard rate of $50 is for an hour session including both a personally designed training session and nutrition consultation. I offer a 10 percent discount on sessions purchased in bulk of 4 or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always start with scheduling a free meeting to do individual goal settings and assessments. I need to learn what your goals are in order to come up with a plan that is designed specifically for you. We will discuss strengths, challenges, injuries or physical limitations. I want to know about you so that I can create a program that will ensure you are getting healthy and achieving your goals! We can also discuss eating habits and any nutritional needs and questions you may have and come up with a plan for that, as well!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an ACE certified personal trainer, an ACE fitness nutrition specialist, and I am CPR/AED certified.
