Introduction: My name is Lauren Kahn and I have my MA in education / human development from George Washington University. I have been an academic tutor and organizational coach part-time for over 15 years. I tutor in all elementary and middle school subjects, as well as high school English. I have availability from 2pm to 7pm on most week days and am available during the weekends as well. I can either meet with your students in your home, at a coffee shop, or in my home in SW Austin. I am patient, kind, and deliver on results. I love working with students with ADD and / or LDs, and getting these students motivated with a new purpose to do well in school. I believe that students learn with different strategies and there is not one silver bullet method to solve their challenges. I have ADD and was only diagnosed my senior year in high school. I can relate to my students’ issues and provide them new coping strategies.

Lauren, Was and is when I need her assistance as a personal assitant. She takes care my dog, house, paying the bills from a personal standpoint, keeps my office and my day to day operations organization from a work point of view also.
