Introduction: Hi, my name is Ada Scarborough and I'm from Texas! I've trained in Classical Ballet and Dance for over 20 years and Mixed Martial Arts for 10 years. I'm a PMA certified Pilates trainer and NASM certified Personal Trainer. As someone who was getting into the world of fitness for the first time it was important to me to find a trainer that I could trust and have fun with! Gyms can be daunting! My job is very physically demanding, but there are certain areas of my body I really wanted to work on. Ada chose thoughtful and challenging workouts and techniques that were tailored to the goals we discussed in our first session. The progress has been very rewarding and I'm seeing results and feeling stronger all the time. She was able to customize workouts and poses to what I could and couldn't do (yet!) without making me feel like I was failing and always like I was succeeding! Plus, she's so much fun! I look forward to our sessions every week and I hope to continue and long trainer/student relationship with Ada!

Ada is fabulous. I'd never felt better or been in better shape than when I was taking Pilates classes with her! She'll push you, but she'll also provide modifications so that the class is possible for people at all levels.

I worked with Ada for about 6 months to get in shape before trying to get pregnant and I was so happy with my results. Ada worked to push me but never crossed the line into "bootcamp" style motivation, which is not my style, though I am pretty confident she could provide that kind of pushing if that's what you needed! Our sessions were different enough that the workouts were never stale and they were tailored to my specific needs and goals. If there was a concern I had she didn't have the answer to she always consulted with other professionals to find out more before our next session together. I wish Ada was still in Austin so I could keep working with her!
