- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No worries on the call out fee. $65 call of fee is waived should the customer approve the maintenance, repair or installation service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
WiseNest prides itself on customer service. If fact we love to serve. We want to be that company the customer think from everything from heating and cooling to whole home maintenance (power washing, fence mending, sheet rock repair, changing plumbing or light fixtures, etc.).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed in 2 states in mechanical, residential home building, and commercial building.
